The first-level 'Tuscan Floor' has been recreated in old world Tuscan colours and themes. The new design incorporates terracotta floors in warm glowing shades of reds and oranges, coffered ceilings, four-poster beds, along with rich fabrics and objects coming together to form a romantic interpretation of 15th-century Florence.

Guests can start the day with an American-style buffet breakfast in the Sala Parlamento with its spectacular frescoed ceiling (surcharge), and browse the complimentary newspapers in the lobby. The hotel’s multilingual concierge is on hand to offer sightseeing and booking assistance and any guests arriving by car will find pay parking onsite. Practical amenities include dry cleaning and babysitting services and a safe-deposit box at the front desk.
